Return Policy:
At Favors by Gina, we are committed to making your event a happy one. If for
any reason you are uncertain of the level of quality of any of the products and
gift-wrapping we offer, we suggest you purchase a sample. By purchasing a
sample, you will know exactly what to expect when your order arrives.
In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your order, we will accept
return of the merchandise. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee, plus the
return shipping costs. All returns must be in their original packing
materials.
There is an additional $1.50 charge, per item, for the return of gift wrapped
products.
There is a "No Return Policy" on our personalized favor orders.
If any merchandise was received damaged upon delivery, we will gladly send you a
replacement at no cost to you. Please call us immediately at 1-888-644-8259, if
you have any problems with your order. All items that are damaged must be
saved in their original packing material so that we may file a claim with the
transport carrier.
